The cyclist appears to be monitoring the march and directing traffic. He is riding with the traffic and then turns around and is riding near the traffic lane. A car approaches and appears to briefly turn towards the cyclist. The cyclist loses balance and dismounts. A police car was directly behind the first car. The officer either did not see or ignored the first car’s movement. The officer drives towards the cyclist and actually runs over the bike’s back wheel. Style Weekly reports that observers say the cyclist was given a summons for riding against traffic.
